All GreenLine natural gas compressors and fuel systems are Programmable Logic Controlled (PLC) which enables automatic/unattended operation and allows the systems to continually monitor critical aspects such as temperatures, pressures, oil level, vibration and start stop cycles to assure safe and reliable operation.  Every GreenLine CNG fuel system includes PLC Temperature Corrected Fill (TCF) logic to assure that vehicle tanks are always filled quickly and to the correct pressure regardless of the ambient temperature.

Air Inter-Cooling Technology

GreenLine compressors offer inner stage cooling to best meet the needs and expectations of our customers for optimal run temperatures and efficiency. Our compressors operate efficiently in a variety of climates and temperatures ranging from -40oF to 140oF. GreenLine compressors utilize air and water cooled cylinders and a variety of high-efficiency gas inter-cooling technologies. These effective and efficient cooling options increase the potential CNG flow capacity and reduce vehicle filling times.
